Lauritz Knudsen E&A’s Maximum Demand Controller (6000 Series) stands as a beacon of reliability, offering a robust solution for sites with limited connectivity and remote independence.
When working on remote sites with limited or no network connectivity, data logging can become a significant challenge. In such situations, the 6000 series is an ideal solution. Which serves Two Purpose: Monitoring and Controlling the Demand with 4 Relay Outputs & Logging the Electrical Parameters without any additional IT infrastructure. This features an 8 MB storage capacity, allowing users to store essential data locally in the meter itself. With the capability to log data, the MD Controller ensures that critical information is captured.
User can select the parameters as well as time interval to save data (i.e. 1m, 5m,10m,15m, 30m, 1h, 2h, 5h, 8h,12 h). Sample table is shown below for data storage interpretation for number of days storage.
This convenient solution is user-friendly and efficient for on-site applications. By utilizing the MD Controller, teams can maintain accurate records and comply with data logging requirements, ensuring that important metrics are not lost due to connectivity issues.
SmartComm Log is a powerful utility developed by Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation for downloading and managing electrical parameters directly from energy meters. Designed with a user-friendly interface, it simplifies the process of configuring, logging, and retrieving critical electrical data.
Uninterrupted Data Logging in Remote Locations: The most significant advantage is the ability to log electrical parameters without needing network connectivity. This is crucial for remote sites where internet or cellular service is unreliable or non-existent.
Dual Functionality (Monitoring & Control): The 6000 series offers both monitoring and control capabilities. This means users can not only track electrical parameters but also manage demand through the 4 relay outputs, all within a single device.
Standalone Data Storage: The 8 MB storage capacity provides a local data repository within the meter itself.
Simplified Infrastructure: The device allows for logging without requiring additional infrastructure. This reduces setup complexity and cost, making it a more practical solution for remote deployments.
User-Friendly and Efficient: The solution is described as convenient, user-friendly, and efficient. This suggests ease of use for on-site personnel, streamlining data collection and management even in challenging environments.
By choosing WC/WL 6000 - Maximum Demand Controller, you're embracing a solution that transcends barriers, ensuring comprehensive energy monitoring and management regardless of site location or connectivity challenges.
